12 Steps to SELF Care.

I TRY to live this everyday, and need to follow these rules specifically.... Some days its’ easier, and others, I fail, BUT, my faith lifts me and all I need to do is find my INNER peace and stay in tact within. I’m an open book to anyone that wants to read me. I have been through Hell, up and down, and all around, and if you don’t know, just ask. I’m not afraid to tell my story. NO ONE should EVER be. It’s what makes the person who has gotten yourself THIS far on this path. EVERYONE has demons they are fighting, past, present and/or future. It’s inevitable, but is ALL about how we Act afterwards. What MAKES us. It’s not what we’ve been through, but how we are formed after the fact. Sometimes, the following “RULES” Just Slip away, without my knowledge, and others, I’m as happy as Bob Ross’s Hair Pik. Ha!

12 steps to Self Care.... 

1. If it feels wrong, don’t do it 

2. Say EXACTLY what you mean 

3. Don’t be a people pleaser 

4. Trust your instincts 

5. Never speak bad about yourself 

6. Never give up on your dreams 

7. Don’t be afraid to say NO 

8. Don’t be afraid to say YES 

9. Be kind to yourself 

10. Let go of what you can’t control 

11. Stay away from Drama and negativity 

12. LOVE 

SIMPLE right? NOW, go get out there and MAKE Happy your LIFE!

HALLOWEEN is JUST around the corner! My FAVORITE time of year.

This is a project that I absolutely LOVED to do. Very Easy, and the possibilities are endless. My girlfriend and I had a Craft night, and it was such great therapy!

Here’s what you be needing to get started!

*A Carvable Fake Pumpkin
(Side note: You can also switch out the fake pumpkin for a real one as wel as use real flowers and sprinkle glitter onto the whole thing for a fancy event if you’d like. I want mine to last FOREVER! Ha.)

*Fake flowers of your liking
*Glue
*GLITTER
*Glue gun
*Plastic Creatures
*Wire Cutters for flower stems

**OPTIONAL**

-Fancy rhinestones / flat backs
-Feathers
-Fake web
-Glitter glue pen...

Oh, yeah... and Munchies and Wine are a MUST!

Lets get it all started!

Here we go!

Grab your pumpkin and start cutting around the top, like you would a Real Pumpkin.

Start adding your glue, then sprinkle glitter, in a "DRIP" pattern around the opening.

Add another layer of GLITTER if you'd like....

GET YOUR GLITTER ON!!!!

Add Your Critters with a glue gun.

GLITTER them for EXTRA POP!

More BLING the Better!

Stick a Dowl into the inside to hold the "Lid" in place and start poking the flowers through.

I found this little beat up house at a thrift store

and thought it would be the PERFECT housing unit to display my little 

Vato Locs.

Spray Painted and Glittered..... MEXICAN Flag Colors... and added some choice "Cholo/Vato/Chicano" motif to glue onto the background for extra spicy Flava! I chose, 

Carlos Santana, Mi Vida Loca, Blood in blood out, War, and the lowrider logo.

NO Casita is Complete without some Rico MEXICAN FOOD! I made this little plate out of Sculpey Clay and baked it! I Dig on the Little rolled Tortillas!!!

Hello all of you ALICE in WONDERLAND(ers)

I have been working on a VERY Beautiful lady’s SWEET SIXTEEN Party, and Saturday (March 16th,2 013) was the BIG day of CELEBRATION!!!

Total, From Concept to final projects, I came up with some very Spiffy Projects with a VERY fun theme.

“Stacey’s Wonderland”

Welcome to Stacey's Wonderland!

She LOVES the Cartoon, (Who doesn’t) so I came up with 3 different character themes for each center piece.

A total of 18 tables, so 6 Centerpieces of each character....

The Characters she chose to represent was

*The Queen of Hearts
*The Cheshire cat
And
*The Mad Hatter’s Tea Party!!!
